      Glutamic acid (Glu) is an important excitatory neurotransmitter. Glu own transport and signal transduction through a lot of "carrier" to complete the regulation of the body's physiological and pathological states, closely linked with the occurrence of many diseases. This paper summarizes the adjustment mechanism of Glu energy system to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of neurological diseases.
