例前列腺癌患者及30 例前列腺良性增生患者前列腺组织中BMP-7 的表达情况。结果：前列腺癌组织中BMP-7 的表达显著高于
前列腺良性增生组织，且BMP-7 的表达随前列腺癌的临床分期、Gleason 分级增高而增加。结论：BMP-7 在前列腺癌中的表达明
显增高，其表达量与临床分期相关，前列腺癌组织中BMP-7 的表达增高提示预后不佳。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the clinical stages and the expression of BMP-7 in prostate cancer
(PCa) tissue. Methods: Western blot was used to detect the expression of BMP-7 in 30 PCa tissues and 30 benign prostatic hyperplasia
(BPH) tissues. Results: Expression of BMP-7 was significantly higher in the PCa group than in the BPH group. The expression of BMP-7
was increasing in PCa group, especially with increasing clinic stage and Gleason score. Conclusion: BMP-7 expression in prostate carcinoma
was significantly higher, it related with clinical staging of prostate cancer, the increased expression of BMP-7prompts a poor prognosis. |
