| Tooth malformation is very common in human cranial facial malformation. Current research shows that its pathological
mechanism is associated with genetic factors, enviromental factors and acquired disposition. Moreover, molecular genetical mechanism
in tooth development has become the focus of mordern molecular biology. This text provides a summary on the latest advances of
molecular genetics, breif progress of tooth development, molecular mechanism and tooth malformation. |
