若诱导Wnt 家族成员表达则可使成骨细胞特异性基因表达增加,促进骨形成。本文就Wnt 信号通路的作用过程及其与骨髓间充
质干细胞成骨诱导的关系做一综述。 |

The component of Wnt signal pathways is some interactional molecules induced by Wnts. All previous researches
have indicated that Wnts have apparently effects on the biological behavior of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSCs). Wnts
could regulate cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. The inhibition of Wnt signal pathways will lead to the osteogenic process delay,
and the bone formation will be blocked. On the other hand , if we induce the opening of Wnts pathway , the specific osteogenic genes of
osteoblast will show high expression and the bone formation will be promoted. A key remaining question is how Wnt signal pathways
work during the osteogenic process of BMSCs. In this report, we reviewed the previous relative studies which investigated the
Wnt-receptor binding system and the downstream intracellular response , and the relationship between osteogenic differentiation of bone
marrow mesenchymal stem cell and Wnt Signal Pathways were also described in this report. |
