的微量元素Zn、Fe、Mn 的含量较高,有害元素Pb、Cd 等的含量很低。 |

Objective: To explore the medicinal and food value of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim by investigating its microelement
contents. Methods: The samples were treated by dry ashing method and then the contents of microelements were detected by using graphite
furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: Nine kinds of microelements evaluated in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim were: Zn
(20.00 mg / kg), Fe (95.5 mg / kg), Cu (7.5 mg / kg), Mn (11.75 mg / kg), Cd (0.02 mg / kg), Cr (0.0955 mg / kg), Co (0.0075 mg / kg),
Pb (0.01175 mg / kg), Ni (0.07275mg/kg). Conclusion: The results revealed that Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. is rich in essential microelements
including Zn, Fe, and Mn, and low in harmful elements like Pb and Cd. |
