| 目的：探讨和总结腰- 硬联合麻醉在老年人手术中的应用。方法：对128 例老年下腹部和下肢手术患者，在腰- 硬联合麻醉
和硬膜外麻醉下进行手术，对其低血压发生率、镇痛效果和肌松效果情况进行研究析。结果：CSEA 组低血压发生率4.67 %，镇痛
效果优为89.1 %，肌松效果优为90.6 %；CEA 组低血压发生率17.18 %，镇痛效果组优为67.2 %，肌松效果优为60.9 %。结论：老
年人下腹部和下肢手术应用CSEA 效果满意，安全性好。 |

| Objective: To study the efficiency of combined spinal epidural anesthesia (CESA) in aged patients. Methods: 128 cases
were performed hypogastrium and lower limb surgery with CESA and continuous epidural anesthesia (CEA). And the hypotension,
analgesia and muscle relaxation effect were observed. Results: The hypotension incidence is 4.67 %, the well analgesic effect is 89.1 %
and the well muscle relaxation is 90.6 % in group CSEA. The hypotension incidence is 17.18 %, the well analgesic effect is 67.2 % and
the well muscle relaxation is 60.9 % in group CEA. Conclusion: The aged patients with CSEA had satisfied effect and lower side effect. |
