      目的:研究凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在白血病及淋巴瘤骨髓活检组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测10 例急 性髓系白血病,13 例淋巴瘤,9 例非恶性血液病患者骨髓活检组织中XIAP 的表达水平。结果:XIAP 蛋白在急性髓系白血病、淋巴 瘤骨髓活检组织中的阳性表达积分均高于非恶性血液病,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:XIAP 的表达水平与白血病及淋巴 瘤的发生发展有一定关联,可能与其抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP ) in bone marrow biopsy tissue of acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma. Methods: The expression of XIAP was detected by immunohistochemical assay in the bone marrow biopsy tissue from 10 cases of acute myeloid leukemia, 13 lymphoma and 9 patients without hematological malignancy. Results: The level of XIAP in the bone marrow tissue from acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma was higher than those from control cases without hematological malignancy (P<0.05). Conclusion:The increased expression of XIAP protein may contribute to the progression of acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma, which may be relevant to its role as inhibitor of apoptosis.
