目的:探讨磷酸二酯酶5 在人前列腺移行带组织中的表达与分布。方法:应用免疫组化SP 法,选择前列腺增生患者34 例,
检测PDE5 表达及分布。结果:34 例标本中PDE5 均呈阳性表达。PDE5 在前列腺移行带的腺组织上皮普遍呈中等表达,间质部分
弱表达。结论:PDE5 在人增生前列腺组织中分布,但分布不均,表明不同PDE5 可能行使不同的功能。 |

Objective: To investigate the Expression and Distribution of Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) in the transitional zone of
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Methods: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PDE5 in the transitional
zone of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Results: All sections were immunopositive for PDE5. The immnuointensity of PDE 5 was
relatively moderate in the epithelium of glandular structures. In contrast, PDE5 showed immunoactivity in the fibromuscular stroma but
its immnuointensity was faint. Conclusion: PDE5 is widely distributed in the transitional zone of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, but the
distri- bution is not even, indicating that different PDE5 may execute the different functions. |
