| 结核分枝杆菌hbhA 编码基因是目前发现的与肺外结核转移相关的基因，其表达产物结核分枝杆菌肝素结合血凝黏附素
（HBHA），是结核分枝杆菌表面表达和分泌的一种糖蛋白。HBHA 具有介导肺结核和肺外结核的发生，参与实现MTB 逃逸吞噬
体进入细胞质中生存和繁殖，引起巨噬细胞凋亡等重要生物学功能，同时HBHA 作为特异性抗原，用作免疫学检测具有较好的效
果，并且动物实验证实HBHA 具有明确的免疫治疗作用。因此，HBHA 在结核病的免疫学诊断及免疫治疗方面，具有广阔的应用
前景。 |

| The hbhA Gene of M. tuberculosis mediates extra-pulmonary dissemination and its expression product, the Heparin-
Binding Haemagglutinin (HBHA), is a bacterial glycoprotein exposed on the surface of M. tuberculosis. HBHA can involve in the extrapulmonary
dissemination, participate in the escape of mycobacteria from the phagosome, cause apoptosis of macrophages and other
important biological functions. Meanwhile, HBHA as the specific antigen used for the detection of antibodies had good results and
positive therapeutic effect in laboratory animals. Therefore, HBHA has a broad application prospect in tuberculosis research, especially in
the immunological detection and immunotherapy. |
