| 目的：探讨三级质控体系在预防压疮中的作用，有效控制压疮发生。方法：通过成立压疮护理三级质控体系即基层压疮护理
小组、医院压疮管理小组及护理部压疮质控小组，改进压疮管理流程,强化护理人员专项技能，有效实施基础护理，从根本上预防
压疮发生。结果：难免压疮发生率明显下降，患者对护理服务满意度提高。结论：三级质控体系能有效控制压疮发生，促进原发疾
病痊愈，减轻患者经济负担，提高医院社会效益。 |

| Objective: To research the effect of the three-level quality control system in the prevention of pressure ulcer, in order
to control the appearance of pressure ulcer. Methods: To set up the three-level quality control system, intend to improve the managing
process and professional skills, implement the basic nursing approach,So that the pressure ulcer can be prevented effectively. Results:
The rate of pressure ulcer decreased greatly and the satisfied degree of the patient increased. Conclusion: The three-level quality control
system can control the appearance of pressure ulcer, accelerate primary disease re covery, ease the economic burden of the patients,
advance social benefit of the hospital. |
