Objective: To investigate the significance of joint detection with hs-CRP and Cystatin C for CHD patients. Methods:
120 cases of CHD (62 UA cases and 48 ACS cases) were collected to determine CRP and Cystatin C levels, and 60 patients were used as
normal control group, with their gender, age, place of residence matched with CHD. Results: CRP, CysC levels increased in order in the
normal control group, the group with stable angina pectoris, acute coronary syndrome group. Hs-CRP level declines faster than CysC
when patients recovered, CysC level is more obvious in the rehabilitation period to remind the patient's prognosis, better in coronary
heart disease group than normal control group. CysC and hs-CRP concentration was significant different before and after the cure. After
treatment, hs-CRP sensitivity was respectively 20.96% and 24.19% , while CysC sensitivity was respectively 47.91% and 52.08%.
Conclusions: Hs-CRP and Cys C levels are closely related to the occurrence and development of CHD. Joint detection will help the early
diagnosis of coronary artery disease, and it is extremely important for clinical classification, development of the disease and prognosis. |
