      聚己内酯(PCL)以其具有的良好生物相容性及其力学特点,在组织工程领域已经成为主要的生物支架材料之一。利用生物 支架材料,组织工程的目的是对组织、器官的丧失或功能障碍进行修复与重建。本文综述了对生物支架材料聚己内酯(PCL)的研 究进展以及其在组织工程中的应用。
英文摘要:
      PCL, with its good biocompatibility and the mechanical characteristics, has become a major one of biological scaffold materials in tissue engineering field. Using biological scaffold materials, the objective in research of tissue engineering is to repair or reconstruct the deformities in tissue and organs. This paper reviewed the research progress of the PCL and its application in tissue engineering.
