      目的:系统分析以问题为中心教学法(PBL)与基于课堂的学习(LBL)即传统教学法相结合在医学教育中的教学效果。方法: 检索中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库和中国期刊全文数据库,采用系统评价与Meta 分析的方法,综合 比较PBL 与LBL 相结合的教学法的教学效果。结果:共纳入12 篇文献,分析显示两种教学法相结合的教学模式与传统教学模式 对医学生相关知识的掌握有影响。两种教学法相结合的教学模式在理论成绩与实践考核等方面优于传统教学法。结论:Meta 分 析显示PBL 与LBL 相结合的模式的教学效果优于传统教学法。但是由于纳入分析的研究质量均较低,结果还需要高质量研究来 进一步证实。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To systematic analyze the teaching effects of combination of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Lecture Based Learning (LBL) in medical education. Methods: We searched CBM, VIP and CNKI database for studies involving the two teaching patterns in medical education and analyzed with meta-analysis.Results: Twelve studies were included in meta-analysis, and the results showed statistical differencebetween combination of the two patterns and traditional teaching pattern in medical education.The combination of the two patterns was superior in both theory examination and practical the training of practiceassessment. Conclusions: The combination of PBL and LBL pattern was beneficial in teaching effects compared with LBL alone.However, for the low quality of the included studies, further studies are needed to address the issue.
