| 目的：探讨老年人糖尿病患者牙周疾病的发生情况，以及牙周病与糖尿病之间的相互关系。方法：选择我院就诊的140 名
同时伴有糖尿病的老年牙周病患者，将其随机分成A、B、C3 组，A 组86 例为实验组，同时进行牙周病与糖尿病的系统治疗。B、C
组为对照组，其中B 组28 例只进行牙周病的治疗，C 组26 例只进行糖尿病的治疗。结果：牙周治疗效果A 组明显高于B 组
（P<0.05）,糖尿病的治疗效果A 组高于C 组（P>0.05）。结论：老年牙周病和糖尿病之间存在相关性，糖尿病治疗与牙周病治疗之间
相互影响。 |

| Objective: To study the occurrence of periodontal disease in old patients with diabetes and the relationship between
periodontal disease and diabetes. Methods: Choose 140 our hospital patients with periodontal disease associated with diabetes in elderly,
and randomly divided into A, B, C groups. Group A of 86 cases for the experimental group,simultaneously carries on system treatment of
periodontosis and diabetes.Group B, C were the control groups. And Group B of 28 cases was only for the treatment of periodontal
disease.Group C of 26 cases was only for the treatment of diabetes. Results: Periodontal treatment effect in group A was significantly
higher than in group B （P<0.05）. Diabetes treatment effect in group A was higher than in group B （P>0.05）. Conclusion：There is
correlation between periodontal disease and diabetes in old patients with diabetes. The treatment of periodontal disease interacts with the
treatment of diabetes. |
