      目的:通过观察小鼠症状和脾脏大小及脾脏中Foxp3 的变化,阐述脾脏Foxp3 在酵母多糖(zymosan)所致炎性反应中的作 用。方法:采用免疫荧光染色检测正常和腹腔注射酵母多糖后各个时间点小鼠脾脏中Foxp3 的变化过程。结果:小鼠6h 出现中 毒症状,1d,2d 时症状最重,死亡率最高;Foxp3 在脾脏中的表达在6h 时开始减少,3d 最少,5d 时开始增加(P<0.05)。结论:小鼠脾 脏Foxp3 变化过程为先下降后升高;Treg 在酵母多糖引起的炎症反应中起着重要的作用。

      Objective: To investigate the effect of Foxp3 on inflammatory response induced by Zymosan by study the changes of mouse symptoms and the changes of Foxp3 in splenocytes. Methods: Immunofluorescence and Real-time PCR are used to investigate the expression of Foxp3 in spleen. Results: The poisoning symptoms occured at 6h, the symptoms became the heaviest at 1d and 2d with the highest mortality, Foxp3 in spleen started to reduce at 6h, reaching the least at 3d, and it began to increase at 5d. Conclusions: The change process of Foxp3 decreased firstly and then increased. This study indicated that Treg may play an important role in zymosan induced inflammatory response.
