      目的:评价MSCT 对腹膜后纤维化的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经临床及手术、活检病理证实9 例腹膜后纤维化患者的 MSCT 影像资料,分别由两名副主任医师采用盲法对RPF 病变发生部位、病变范围、病灶形态、密度及与周围组织的解剖关系显 示情况进行分析,所有病例均进行平扫及三期增强扫描,并进行平扫及增强后病变CT 值测定。采用多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建 (CMPR)、容积重建(VR)及CT 尿路造影(CTU)技术进行分析。结果:所有患者CT 平扫表现为腹膜后不规则近似于肌肉密度的 软组织病变,6 例病灶边界清晰,3 例边界不清。9 例均不同程度包绕腹膜后大血管,8 例始于肾门下方,一例累及十二指肠上动 脉。9 例均不同程度累及一侧或双侧输尿管,造成输尿管及肾盂扩张积水,输尿管管壁增厚。增强扫描7 例有轻中度强化,2 例强 化不明显。结论:MSCT 可以显示腹膜后纤维化的特征,MPR、CMPR、VR 及CTU 技术综合应用有利于明确病变部位、形态、范围 及与周围组织的解剖关系,有利于提高该病的诊断准确率。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To evaluate the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of the retroperitoneal fibrosi. Methods: Reviewed nine cases the MSCT image data of retroperitoneal fibrosis confirmed by the clinical and surgical、biopsy , Two of doctor of vice director of analysis in a double-blind manner RPF lesions location and lesions scope, lesions form, density and anatomic relationship with the surrounding tissue.All the cases are flat and three phase and enhance, CT scan lesions were value. MPR,CMPR,VR and CTU technologies were used for analysis. Results: All CT scan showed Irregular retroperitoneal soft tissue density similar to muscle disease,6 cases of clear lesion boundary, three cases of ill-defined.9 cases were varying degrees of large blood vessels surrounding the retroperitoneal,8 cases of renal door bottom,a case involving the duodenal artery. 9 cases were different degrees of involvement of one or both ureters, Lead to hydronephrosis.Lead to ureteral wall thickening.After enhancement, 7 cases had mild-to-moderate strengthening, 2 cases improved not obvious.Conclusions: MSCT can show the manifestations of retroperitoneal fibrosis, the characteristics of the MPR, CMPR, VR and CTU technology comprehensive application to clear the lesion site, form, scope and with the surrounding tissue anatomic relationship, and to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
