      神经营养因子是一类分泌性多肽类生长因子, 可促进中枢和外周神经元的生长、存活以及分化, 但其前体分子却具有不同 的生物学活性, 也有着不同的受体以及细胞内信号通路。本文对近年来关于脑源性神经营养因子前体蛋白的研究予以综述, 着重 讨论其在神经损伤与情绪障碍和神经退行性变疾病模型中的作用。
英文摘要:
      The neurotrophins is a class of secreted polypeptide growth factors, which can promote growth, survival and differentiation of the central and peripheral neurons. But the precursor neurotrophins have different biological activity and different receptors and intracellular signal pathway. Recent research on the precursor of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (proBDNF) will be reviewed in this paper. It focus on the role of proBDNF in the mode of nerve injury, emotional disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.
