| The chronic HBV infection is the main factor of the complications of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. All
patients who are positive for hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA should be considered for antiviral treatment. It will improve their life. Interfron-
α and nucleoside and nucleotide analogues constitute the most potent of the antiviral therapy. The article reviewed the latest
advancement of Hepatitis B antiviral therapy. |
