      目的:探讨新疆维吾尔族宫颈癌新辅助化疗前后P-gp、MRPI 和GST-π的表达及其与化疗疗效的关系。方法:运用S-P 法分 别检测维吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌组织22 例新辅助化疗前后及正常宫颈组织20 例P-gP、MRPI 和GST-π 的表达水平。结果:①新 疆维吾尔族正常宫颈、初治宫颈癌组织中P-gp 的阳性表达率分别为10%、40.9%;MRP1 的阳性表达率分别为15%、31.8%; GST-π 的阳性表达率分别为45%、9.01%。P-gp 和GST-π在各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05) MRP1 差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。②NACT 后宫颈癌组织中P-pg 阳性表达显著上升(P<0.05),有统计学意义。NACT 后宫颈癌组织中MRP1、GST-π 阳性 表达上升但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③新疆维吾尔族妇女新辅助化疗前宫颈鳞癌组织中P-gp、MRP1 及GST-π 表达阴性和 阳性患者NACT 有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:P-pg、MRP1、GST-π无法作为化疗敏感性指标预测维吾尔族宫颈鳞癌新辅 助化疗疗效。

      Objective: To investigate the Relationship among the expression of P-glycoprotein,Multiple Resistance-associated Protein-1,and GST-π in Cervical Squmous Cancer for Prediction of Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Uigur woman. Methods: The specimens of 22 cases with cervical squmous Cancer before and after NACT are examined by S-P immunohistochemistry in ethnic Uigur women with 20 cases of normal control. Results: ①In ethnic Uigur women:P-gp positive expression rate in normal and cervical squmous cancer before NACT are 10% and 40.9%;MRP1 positive expression rate in normal and cervical squmous cancer before NACT are 15%、31.8%;GST-π positive expression rate in normal and cervical squmous cancer before NACT are 45%、9.01%。The positive expression rate of P-gp and GST-π in cervical squmous cancer before NACT have a significantly higher than in normal cervical (P<0. 05).②In ethnic Uigur women: P-pg positive expression rate after NACT was a significantly higher than that before NACT(P<0.05). ③In ethnic Uigur women: P-gp MRP1 and GST-π expression negative rate before NACT had no higher effcctive rate than the positive groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: P-glycoprotein,Multiple Resistance-associated Protein-1 and GST-π can not be used as predictive markers of NACT effective in cervical squmous cancer in Uigur and han women.
