Objective: To detect the levels of IL-4 and IL-2 and IL-10 in the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, and
discuss the detection of IL-2/IL-10. Methods: Taking 40 cases of non-pregnant women as control group, 30 normal pregnant women as
pregnancy group, 28 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension as pregnancy-induced hypertension group patients, we used ELISA to
detect the levels of IL-4, IL-2 and IL-10 in their serum. Results: The levels of IL-4 in peripheral blood of pregnancy group was (0.91±
0.03) pg / ml , significantly higher than the level of IL-4 (0.53 ± 0.04) pg / ml in control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-4 in peripheral
blood of pregnancy-induced hypertension group was (0.67± 0.35) pg / ml, significantly lower than the IL-4 level in normal pregnancy
group (P<0.01). IL-2 levels of (0.82±0.11) pg / ml in normal pregnancy group was higher than those of (0.41±0.05) pg / ml in control
group; IL-2 levels of pregnancy-induced hypertension group was 1.57 ± 0.22 (pg / ml), significantly higher than that in the control group
and normal pregnancy group (P <0.01). IL-10 in peripheral blood during pregnancy was significantly higher. IL-10 levels of
pregnancy-induced hypertension was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group (P<0.01); the IL-2/IL-10 ratio in
pregnancy-induced hypertension group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the normal pregnancy group.
Conclusion: IL-2 and IL-10 secretion were abnormal in pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients, and the IL-4 level which could
induced the produce of Th2 cells was decreased, then the Th1/Th2 balance was break, making the Th1-type immune response increased,
but the invasive capacity decreased of the first trimester trophoblast cells which was injured by immune response, finally resulting in the
occurrence of pregnancy induced hypertension. |
