      目的:将CBS 教学法运用于妇产科学的教学中,探讨其教学效果。方法:在妇产科学教学中,将我校2005 级临床医学160 名 本科学生分为试验组(CBS 教学法)和对照组(传统讲授方法)。结果:学科考试中,试验组的平均分数显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结 论:CBS 教学法是行之有效并且切实可行的,对提高妇产科学的教学质量、提高学生的综合能力具有积极的意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the role of case based study in teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: A total of 160 students in Department of Clinical Medicine were divided into two groups, one for CBS, the other for traditional teaching methods. Results: In the final examination, the mean scores of the study group (CBS) were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: CBS used in the theory teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is effective and feasible. It can promote the teaching quality of obstetrics and gynecology and the ovarall capability of the students.
