| Objective: The survey was carried out to provide the objective basis for the further development of standardization,
rationnalization and modernization in the hospital libraries. Method: The questionnaire, designed by National Committee of Hospital
Libraries, retrieved data, including overall situation, resource construction, equipments, budgets and settlement funds information.
Rusults：Subject Librarians resource utilization, digital resoutce construction, resource co-construction and sharing and information
quality education, ware summarized and analysed statistically. Conclusions: 45 hospital libraries in Shanghai with Level 3 and level 2
have substantial differences among human resources, budgets, equipments, and digital resources, and the gap needs to be meet through
efforts from different levels to explore and improve. |
