      目的:探讨糖耐量减低(IGT)患者血清瘦素(Leptin)和血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)含量变化及其意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测65 例IGT 患者、50 名正常健康体检者和50 例2 型糖尿病患者血清中Leptin 和ET-1 的含量,同时分别测定体重指数、腰臀比、空腹 血糖(FBG)、餐后2 小时血糖(2h PBG)及空腹胰岛素(FINS),并用HOMA 稳态模型计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:糖尿病 组、IGT 组血清Leptin、ET-1、FBG、2hPBG、FINS、TC 含量及HOMA-IR 指数显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病组血清Leptin、 ET-1、FBG、2hPBG、FINS、TC 含量及HOMA-IR 指数明显高于IGT 组(P<0.05)。IGT 组血清Leptin 水平与BMI、血清ET-1、FBG、 2hPBG、FINS、TC 含量及HOMA-IR 指数呈显著正相关(P<0.01),IGT 组血清ET-1 水平与收缩压、舒张压、BMI、血清FBG、 2hPBG、FINS 含量及HOMA-IR 指数呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:瘦素与内皮素-1 均可能在IGT 发展成2 型糖尿病过程中起一 定的作用。

      Objective: To investigate the significance of serum level of Leptin and ET-1 in patients with impaired glucose toleranc (IGT). Methods: Serum level of Leptin and ET-1 in 65 patients with IGT,50 subjects with healthy people,and 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM)were detected by ELISA.Body mass index (BMI), WHR, FBG , 2h PBG and FINS were detected. The insulin resistance by homeostasis model assessment (HOMA-IR) was calculated. Results: Serum level of Leptin, ET-1, FBG,2hPBG,FINS,TC and HOMA-IR in DM group and IGT group were higher than those in the control group. Serum level of Leptin, ET-1, FBG, 2hPBG, FINS, TC and HOMA-IR in DM group were higher than those in IGT group. Serum level of Leptin in IGT group were correlated with BMI, while the serum level of ET-1,FBG,2hPBG,FINS,TC and HOMA-IR. Serum level of ET-1 in IGT group were correlated with SBP, DBP,BMI, serum level of FBG,2hPBG,FINS and HOMA-IR. Conclusions: Serum level of Leptin and ET-1 may play a role in the pathogenesis from IGT to type 2 diabetes.
