      目的:研究薏米黄酒的急性毒性,评价该酒的食用安全性。方法:以ICR 小鼠为受试对象,一次性给予最大剂量,观察薏米黄 酒对小鼠的急性毒性反应,测定薏米黄酒的LD50 和最大耐受剂量。结果:小鼠无一只死亡,无法测出LD50,最大耐受量大于 20400 mg/kg。结论:实验检测表明,该黄酒无毒,为薏米黄酒的应用提供了毒理学依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the acute toxicity of coix seed yellow rice wine, and to evaluate the consumption safety of the yellow rice wine. Methods: Maximum dose was given once to ICR mice for detecting acute toxicity of the mice, the LD50 ofthe coix seed rice wine. The largest quantity of administration was detected. Results: There were no mice death and LD50 of the yellow rice wine was not detected. The largest amount of the drug was more than 20400 mg/kg. Conclusion: The rice wine was safe, which provides a toxicological basis for the application of the wine.
