      目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中组蛋白去乙酰化酶1(HDAC1)的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测78例乳腺 癌组织和20 例癌旁组织中HDAC1 蛋白的表达情况并分析其与ER、PR 之间的关系。结果:(1)HDAC1 蛋白在78 例乳腺癌中 的阳性表达率为78.2%(61/78),在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为5%(1/20),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)(2)乳腺癌组织中的 HDAC1蛋白在ER或PR阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达分别高于其在ER或PR阳性乳腺癌组织中的表达(P<0.01)结论:乳腺癌组 织中的HDAC1蛋白过度表达与肿瘤发生发展密切相关。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the expressions of HDAC1 protein and its clinical significance in the breast carcinoma tissue. Methods: The expression of HDAC1 protein was determined by immunohistochemistry with SP system. Its correlation to estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) was analyzed. Results: (1)The positive rate of HDAC1 protein was 78.2% in breast carcinoma, which was 5% in noncancerous tissue group. There were significant differences between them(P<0.01). (2)The expression of HDAC1 had negative correlation to ER and PR. Conclusion: The overexpression of HDAC1 protein closely correlated with the tumor carcinogenesis.
