      目的:研究谷胱甘肽S- 转移酶P1(GSTP1)、上皮钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)在垂体腺瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组 化SP 染色法检测30 例侵袭性垂体腺瘤与30 例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中GSTP1、E-cadherin 的表达。结果:GSTP1 在侵袭性垂体腺 瘤中的表达较非侵袭性垂体腺瘤显著降低(P<0.05);E-cadherin 在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达较非侵袭性垂体腺瘤显著降低(P<0. 05);GSTP1、E-cadherin 在垂体腺瘤中的表达呈正相关(r=0.82, P<0.05)。结论:GSTP1、E-cadherin 在垂体腺瘤中的表达与肿瘤侵袭 程度显著相关,两者联合检测有助于判断垂体腺瘤侵袭性及预后。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the expressions of Glutathione S-transferases P1 (GSTP1) and E-cadherin in pituitary adenomas and analyze their clinical significance. Methods: The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of GSTP1 and E-cadherin in 30 invasive pituitary adenomas and 30 noninvasive pituitary adenomas. Results: Expression of GSTP1 was significantly lower in invasive pituitary adenomas than in noninvasive pituitary adenomas (P<0.05); expression of E-cadherin protein was significantly lower in invasive pituitary adenomas than in noninvasive pituitary adenomas(P<0.05); expression of GSTP1 has positive correlation with the expression of E-cadherin in pituitary adenomas (r=0.82, P<0.05). Conclusions: The expressions of GSTP1 and E-cadherin are closely correlated with aggressive pituitary adenoma behavior, which are helpful for the evaluation of tumor invasion and prognosis.
