nm23 和S- 100 蛋白阳性表达的数密度和面密度明显增高, 与对照组、晚期组比较差异显著( P< 0. 05) 。结论: 在B16 黑色素瘤荷
瘤鼠nm23 和S- 100 蛋白的表达与肿瘤的发生、转移呈负相关。 |

Objective: To determine the expression and significance of Nm23 and S- 100 Proteins and explore the relationship between
them and tumor?? s forming and metastases. Methods: The cultured melanoma cells were transplanted into the hypoderm of the back of Rats C57
to make rat models. The pathological skins were taken out and were dyed by using method- immunity group. Results: The number density and
area density of positive expression of Nm23 and S- 100 Proteins increased obviously. Compared to control group and late tumor group, the difference
was more significant ( P< 0. 05) . Conclusion: The expression of Nm 23 and S- 100 Proteins in Rats B16 has negative relevance to the tumors
?? forming and metastases. |
