      葡萄糖是大部分细胞主要能量来源, 它进入细胞的过程在生命的维持中无疑成为一个重要的步骤。而葡萄糖进入细 胞是依赖于这些细胞上的葡萄糖转运子和相应的对其进行调节的因子。葡萄糖转运子4( GLUT4) 在糖进入细胞维持血糖平衡中 起了重要的作用。近年有关GLUT4 的研究文献很多, 但却总给人不系统的感觉。本文对GLUT4 转位的胰岛素依赖和非胰岛素 依赖的信号途径以及其远端过程及机制作一综述, 同时分析了GLUT4 转位的信号途径的研究中存在的问题和将来研究的方向。
英文摘要:
      The entry of the glucose in the cells is a crucial step in life supporting processes. The passage of glucose into cells de?? pends on glucose transporter proteins in the target tissues and the factor regulation of their function. In mammals, it is very important to maintain blood glucose homeostasis, and the glucose transporter 4 ( GLUT4) plays a key role in facilitating glucose flux into tissue to provide maintenance of glucose homeostasis. In the past few years, the study about GLUT4 had made some progress, herein we reviewed the signal pathway of insulin dependent and independent in translocation of GLUT4 and the mechanism of terminal process of GLUT4 translocation. In addition, we also indi?? cate the direction of study in future.
