| Objective: To find out the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis( RA) , recent therapy of RA, the role of free radicals in
the arising and developing of RA and the recent investigation of antiox idants in RA therapy. Methods: Internal or external medical literature
consulted by various means were summarized. Results: Oxidizing stress plays a very important role in the arising and developing of RA. Conclusion:
Combining antirheumatic with antioxidants is of importance in the treatment of patients with RA. |
