| 目的: 探讨前列地尔注射液联合生脉注射液治疗不稳定心绞痛的疗效。方法: 在于2004 年12 月至2005 年12 月期间
住院的80 例患者, 随机分配为常规组和观察组各40 例。常规组给予硝酸异山梨脂, 阿司匹林和能量合剂等常规治疗, 观察组在
常规治疗的基础上给予前列地尔注射液( 三精制药) 200Lg, ivgtt, qd, 14d, 同时给予生脉注射液( 益盛药业) 80ml, ivgtt, qd , 14d。
观察常规组和观察组在治疗前后的临床症状变化和心电图变化。结果: 常规组和观察组的疗效有显著差异( p< 0. 01) 。结论: 在
常规治疗的基础上加用前列地尔注射液联合生脉注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛, 疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To study the effect of alprostadil fat emulsiom injection combined with pulse- activating injection in the treatment
of unstable angina pectoris( UAP) . Methods: From December 2004 to December 2005, 80 inpatients with UAP were selected and randomly divided
into routine group( n= 40) and observation group( n= 40) . The routine group was given Isosorbide Dinitrate, Aspirin and ATP. Co- A& Insulin
Compound for Injection; the observation group , on the basis of routine treatment, was added Alprostadil 200Lg( iv gtt, q. d. , 14d) and Pulse
- activating injection 80ml( iv gtt, q. d. , 14d) . The clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram( ECG) changes in the two groups before and after
treatment were observed. Results: Statistically , there was significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups( P< 0. 01) . Conclusion:
It is quite effective, on the basis of routine treatment, adding Alprostadil with Pulse- activating injection in the treatment of the patients with
UAP. |
