      目的: 探讨饮用磁处理水时间的长短与降低家兔血脂的关系。方法: 72 只家兔平均分四组A 组基础饲料组, 饮自来 水; B、C、D 高脂饲料组, B 组对照组饮自来水; C 组治疗1 组, 30 天后饮磁处理水, 治疗30 天后采耳血, 分别测血清TC、TG、HDLc 、LDL- c 水平。D 组治疗2 组, 30 天后饮磁处理水, 治疗100 天后采耳血, 分别测血清TC、TG、HDL- c、LDL- c 水平。结果: B 组 家兔血清TC、TG、HDL- c、LDL- c 水平显著高于A 组, ( P< 0. 01) ; C 组家兔TC、LDL- c 水平显著低与B 组( P< 0. 01) ; , 但也显著 高于A 组( P< 0. 01) ; TG、HDL- c 水平与B 组相比无显著差异( P> 0. 05) 。D 组家兔血清TC、TG、LDL- c 水平与B 组相比均有明 显下降( P< 0. 01) , 与A 组比较差异无显著性( P> 0. 05) , 而HDL- c 水平与A 组比较明显上升( P< 0. 01) 。结论: 长期饮用磁处理 水可以显著降低家兔血清高胆固醇含量, 并恢复到正常状态。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the relationship between the length of magnetized water feeding and the decreasing of blood fat of rabbits. Methods: 72 rabbits were equally divided into four groups: group A was given regular diet with running water ; group B( i. e. experimental control group) , group C( i. e. treatment group 1) and group D( i. e. treatment group 2) were all given diet rich in fat also with running water ; in add-i tion, after 30 days, group C and D were treated with magnetized water feeding. The levels of serum TC, TG, HDL- C and LDL- C in group C ( after 60 days) and group D( after 130 days) were examined by enzymic method. Results: The levels of serum TC, TG, HDL- C and LDL- C in group B were much higher than those in group A( P< 0. 01) . Compared with group B, the levels of serum TC and LDL- C in group C were markedly lower ( P< 0. 01) , but higher than those in group A( P< 0. 01) , there was no significant difference in serum TG, and HDL- C( p> 0. 05) . The levels of serum TC, TG and LDL- C in group D were obviously lower than those in group B ( P< 0. 01) , compared with those in group A, there was no significant difference( P> 0. 05) , but the level of serum HDL- C increased greatly( P< 0. 01) . Conclusion: For the rabbits with Hyperlipemia, long- term magnetized water feeding can increase the level of serum HDL- C, which can reduce blood fat, even to the normal range.
