| Objective: The aim of this study was to systematically investigate the effects of ancient prescription-controlled saliva Dan on the proliferation inhibition and migration ability of pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1, and further reveal the potential mechanism of its role by inhibiting NF-κB signaling pathway and reducing the expression of mesothelin (MSLN), so as to provide a solid experimental basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. |
