摘要 目的:分析lncRNA UNC5B-AS1、GSTP1、miR-372在NSCLC组织中表达情况及意义。方法:选取我院2019.1到2023.12收治的90例NSCLC患者肺癌组织为实验组,同期47例肺良性疾病患者正常肺组织作为对照组,实验组根据分化程度分为低分化、中分化、高分化三组。采用单因素和多因素回归分析,比较各组间lncRNA UNC5B-AS1、GSTP1、miR-372水平。结果:实验组lncRNA UNC5B-AS1、GSTP1水平高于对照组,miR-372表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。随分化程度升高,lncRNA UNC5B-AS1、GSTP1表达降低,miR-372表达升高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,lncRNA UNC5B-AS1、GSTP1是NSCLC的危险因素,miR-372是NSCLC的保护因素(P<0.05)。三者联合检测预测NSCLC的AUC值高于单项检测(Z=3.659、3.349、3.981,P<0.05)。结论:lncRNA UNC5B-AS1、GSTP1在NSCLC组织中高表达,miR-372在NSCLC组织中低表达,其水平可反映NSCLC分化程度,联合检测对预测NSCLC有一定临床价值。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: The expression and significance of lncRNA UNC5B-AS1, GSTP1 and miR-372 in NSCLC tissues were analyzed. Methods: Lung cancer tissues of 90 NSCLC patients admitted to our hospital from 2019.1 to 2023.12 were selected as the experimental group, and normal lung tissues of 47 patients with benign lung diseases were selected as the control group. The experimental group was divided into three groups according to the degree of differentiation: low, medium and high differentiation. Univariate and multifactor regression analysis were used to compare the levels of lncRNA UNC5B-AS1, GSTP1 and miR-372 among all groups. Results: The levels of lncRNA UNC5B-AS1 and GSTP1 in the experimental group were higher than the control group, and the expression of miR-372 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). With the increase of differentiation degree, the expressions of lncRNA UNC5B-AS1 and GSTP1 were decreased, and the expression of miR-372 was increased(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that lncRNA UNC5B-AS1 and GSTP1 were risk factors for NSCLC, and miR-372 was protective factor for NSCLC (P<0.05). The AUC value of NSCLC predicted by the combined test was higher than that by the single test(Z=3.659, 3.349, 3.981, P<0.05). Conclusion: lncRNA UNC5B-AS1 and GSTP1 are highly expressed in NSCLC tissues, and miR-372 is lowly expressed in NSCLC tissues, which can reflect the differentiation degree of NSCLC. Combined detection has certain clinical value in predicting NSCLC. |
