摘要 目的:分析纤维蛋白原样蛋白1(FGL1)和淋巴细胞活化基因3(LAG-3)在宫颈鳞癌中的表达特征及其与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:通过数据库生信分析,了解 FGL1和LAG-3在宫颈鳞癌中的表达模式及其临床价值。选择我院自2020年12月至2022年12月收治的30例宫颈鳞癌患者作为观察组,同期接受宫颈活检且病理检查结果为慢性宫颈炎的30例妇女作为对照组,检测相关指标。结果:生信结果FGL1在宫颈鳞癌、中呈低表达状态,该结果在宫颈鳞癌组织和慢性宫颈炎组织中得到验证(P<0.05);LAG-3在宫颈鳞癌中呈低表达状态,淋巴结转移的宫颈鳞癌患者中LAG-3表达水平与未转移组患者比较有差异。结论:LAG-3和FGL1在宫颈鳞癌组织中异常表达,LAG-3表达量与宫颈鳞癌患者淋巴结转移密切相关,LAG-3和FGL1在宫颈鳞癌中有一定的研究价值。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: Analysis of the Expression Characteristics of Fibrinogen-like Protein 1 (FGL1) and Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3 (LAG-3) in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma(CSCC) and Their Relationship with Clinicopathological Features of Patients. Methods: To investigate the expression patterns and clinical significance of FGL1 and LAG-3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Thirty patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 30 women with chronic cervicitis confirmed by cervical biopsy during the same period were selected as the control group. Relevant indicators were detected. Results: The bioinformatics analvsis results showed that FGL1 was lowly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues, which was validated on cilinical tissues(P<0.05). LAG-3 was also lowly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues, and its expression level differed between patients with lymph node metastasis and those without. Conclusion: LAG-3 and FGL1 are abnormally expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues. The expression level of LAG-3 is closely related to lymph node metastasis in cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients, suggesting that LAG-3 and FGL1 have certain research value in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. |
