| 摘要 目的：探讨己酮可可碱注射液联合依帕司他治疗疗效。方法：将100例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为观察组、对照组。对照组采用依帕司他治疗，观察组采用己酮可可碱注射液联合依帕司他治疗。对比其相关指标。结果：与对照组相比，观察组疗效高（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后血浆黏度、全血粘度低切变率、全血粘度高切变率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后正中神经、腓总神经、胫前神经、尺神经感觉传导速度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后炎症因子表达均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应对比无差异（P＞0.05）。结论：糖尿病周围神经病变应用己酮可可碱注射液联合依帕司他治疗疗效显著，改善血液黏度、神经感觉传导速度及机体炎症，安全性较高。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of pentoxiferin injection combined with epalrestat. Methods: 100 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with epalrestat, and the observation group was treated with pentoxiferin injection combined with epalrestat. Compare its related indicators. Results: Compared with the control group, the curative effect of observation group was higher (P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma viscosity, low shear rate of whole blood viscosity and high shear rate of whole blood viscosity in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the sensory conduction velocity of median nerve, common peroneal nerve, anterior tibial nerve and ulnar nerve in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the expression of inflammatory factors in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with pentoxiferin injection combined with epalrestat is effective, improving blood viscosity, nerve sensory conduction velocity and inflammation, with high safety. |
