摘要 目的:观察八段锦联合美托洛尔对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者运动耐力、血管内皮功能和氧化应激的影响。方法:将142例冠心病合并CHF患者分为对照组(常规治疗联合美托洛尔治疗)和研究组(对照组基础上联合八段锦训练),各71例。对比两组治疗前后心功能指标:左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血清B型利尿钠肽(BNP)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD);运动耐力;氧化应激指标:血清丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD);血管内皮功能指标:一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)。结果:治疗后与对照组相比,研究组LVEF、NO、SOD、CAT更高,LVEDD、LVESD、BNP、ET-1、MDA更低,6 min步行距离(6MWD)更长(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并CHF患者可有效提高患者运动耐力,改善患者血管内皮功能和氧化应激水平。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effects of baduanjin combined with metoprolol on exercise tolerance, vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: 142 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with CHF were divided into control group (conventional therapy and metoprolol treatment) and study group (conventional therapy and baduanjin combined with metoprolol treatment), each 71 cases. Cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups: left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD); exercise endurance; oxidative stress indexes: serum malondialdehyde(MDA), catalase(CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD); vascular endothelial function indexes: nitric oxide (NO), endothelin 1 (ET-1). Results: Compared with control group after treatment, LVEF, NO, SOD and CAT in study group were higher, LVEDD, LVESD, BNP, ET-1 and MDA were lower, and 6 min walking distance (6MWD) was longer (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baduanjin combined with metoprolol in treating patients with coronary artery disease complicated with CHF can effectively improve patients' exercise tolerance, improve patients' vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress level. |
