      摘要 目的:探讨静脉注射免疫球蛋白联合阿司匹林药物对川崎病患儿淋巴细胞亚群及其相关因子水平影响。方法:选取我院2023年3月~2024年2月收治的105例川崎病患儿,依照治疗方式分为对照组45例患儿单纯采取阿司匹林治疗,观察组60例患儿采取静脉注射免疫球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗。对比两组相关指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿CD4+、CD3+和CD4+/ CD8+数值均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:静脉注射免疫球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病疗效显著,可改善淋巴细胞亚群及其相关因子水平,进而提升免疫功能,减轻机体炎症反应,且安全性较高。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin combined with aspirin drugs on the levels of lymphocyte subsets and related factors in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods: 105 children with Kawasaki disease admitted from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into 45 children in the control group with aspirin alone, and 60 children in the observation group were treated with intravenous immunoglobulin combined with aspirin. Compare the two groups of related indicators. Results: The total response rate was significantly higher than the observation group (P<0.05); the values of CD4+, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/ CD8 + increased in the observation group (P<0.05); IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, were lower than the observation group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Intravenous immunoglobulin combined with aspirin in the treatment of Kawasaki disease has a remarkable effect, which can improve the level of lymphocyte subsets and related factors, then improve immune function, reduce inflammatory response, and have high safety.
