摘要 目的:探讨天麻注射液联合强力定眩片对前庭周围性眩晕的应用效果及半规管功能影响。方法:选取我院2021年12月到2023年12月收治的180例前庭周围性眩晕患者,分为A、B、C三组,各组均为60例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,B组在常规治疗基础上增加天麻注射液治疗,C组在常规治疗基础上增加天麻注射液联合强力定眩片治疗。对比三组患者临床疗效,治疗前后重心移动中面积(CA)及重心移动总长度(PL)及半规管轻瘫值(CP)变化,降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、β-淀粉样前提蛋白(β-APP)及微管相关蛋白(Tau)相关血液指标变化,最后对比三组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:C组治疗总有效率明显高于A组和B组,且B组高于A组(P<0.05);治疗后三组患者CP、CA、PL水平均降低,且C组低于A组和B组(P<0.05);治疗前三组患者血清CGRP、β-APP及Tau水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后三组患者血清CGRP、β-APP及Tau水平均降低,且C组低于B组和A组(P<0.05);三组患者不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:针对前庭周围性眩晕患者在常规治疗基础上增加天麻注射液联合强力定眩片治疗可提升其临床疗效,改善患者前庭功能及半规管功能,减轻脑损伤,且安全性较高,值得临床应用推广。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the application effect of Tianma Injection combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets on vestibular peripheral vertigo and its impact on semicircular canal function. Methods: 180 patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected. They were divided into three groups: A, B, and C, with 60 cases in each group. The control group patients received routine treatment. Group B received additional treatment with Tianma Injection on the basis of routine treatment, while Group C received additional treatment with Tianma Injection combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets on the basis of routine treatment. Compare the clinical efficacy of three groups of patients, including changes in Area during center of gravity movement (CA), Total length of center of gravity movement (PL), Paraplegia value of semicircular canal (CP), and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) before and after treatment β- Amyloid precursor protein(β- Amyloid precursor protein, β- The changes in blood indicators related to APP and microtubule associated protein (Tau) were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared among the three groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in Group C was higher than that in Group A and Group B, and Group B was higher than Group A (P<0.05); After treatment, the levels of CP, CA, and PL in all three groups of patients decreased, and Group C was lower than Group A and Group B (P<0.05); Serum levels of CGRP, β-APP and Tau were not different in the three groups (P>0.05), while serum levels of CGRP, β-APP and Tau were decreased in the three groups, and group C was lower than groups B and A (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion: In addition to conventional treatment, adding Tianma injection combined with strong Dingxuan tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo, improve vestibular and semicircular canal function, reduce brain injury, and have high safety. It is worth promoting in clinical practice. |
