      摘要 目的:探讨醒脾养儿颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌散对轮状病毒肠炎患儿肠道微生态及炎症免疫反应的影响。方法:选取济南市第二妇幼保健院于2021年6月~2023年6月收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿共118例,通过随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=59)。对照组接受布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,在对照组基础上观察组接受醒脾养儿颗粒治疗。评估两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、肠道微生态指标、炎症因子、免疫功能、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.53%,高于对照组的76.27%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的止泻时间、退热时间、住院时间以及大便性状恢复时间均比对照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希菌均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、白介素-6(IL-6)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+比对照组高,CD8+比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿具有良好的疗效,可改善患儿临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,调节肠道微生态,提高免疫功能,且安全性良好。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effect of Xingpi Yanger Granules combine with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets on the intestinal microecology and inflammatory immune response in children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods: 118 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected, the children were randomly divided into control group (n=59) and observation group (n=59) by random number table method. The control group received treatment with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets, while the observation group received additional treatment with Xingpi Yanger granules on the basis of the control group. Evaluated the clinical efficacy, symptom improvement time, intestinal microecology indicators, inflammatory factors, immune function, and adverse reactions of two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.53%, which was higher than the control group's 76.27%(P<0.05). The observation group had shorter diarrhea relief time, fever relief time, hospitalization time and bowel movement recovery time compared to the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had higher levels of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Escherichia coli than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), Interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα), Interleukin-6(IL-6) in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+/CD8+, CD4+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while CD8+ levels were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rates of adverse reactions in both groups were no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Xingpi Yanger Granules and Saccharomyces boulardii sachets has a good therapeutic effect on children with rotavirus enteritis, it can improve clinical symptoms, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, regulate the level of intestinal microecology, enhance the immune function of children, and has good safety.
