      摘要 目的:探讨脑脉利颗粒联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能、血液流变学和氧化应激的影响。方法:选取南京市中心医院及常州市第一人民医院在2022年7月-2023年7月收治的ACI患者140例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=70,常规治疗联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗)和观察组(n=70,对照组基础上接受脑脉利颗粒治疗)。对比两组疗效、神经功能、日常生活活动能力、血液流变学和氧化应激变化情况。结果:观察组的临床总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、红细胞压积、丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组,日常生活能力量表评分(Barthel指数)评分、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑脉利颗粒联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗ACI患者,有助于调节血液流变学,改善患者的神经功能,减轻氧化应激,提高其日常生活活动能力。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effects of naomaili granules combined with edaravone dextrorphan injection concentrate solution on neurological function, hemorheology and oxidative stress in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: 140 ACI patients admitted to Nanjing Central Hospital and Changzhou First People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected, and patients were divided into control group (n=70, conventional treatment combined with edaravone dextrorphan injection concentrate solution treatment) and observation group (n=70, received naomaili granules treatment on the basis of control group) according to random number table method. The efficacy, neurological function, activities of daily living, hemorheology and oxidative stress were compared in two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, packet cell volume and malondialdehyde (MDA) in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment, and daily living ability scale score (Barthel index) score and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of naomaili granules and edaravone dextroborneol injection concentrate solution in the treatment of ACI patients, which is helpful to regulate hemorheology, improve neurological function, reduce oxidative stress and improve their activities of daily living.
