摘要:引进现代医院管理机制,开展绩效管理,全面提高医院医务人员的工作积极性、创造性以及主动性,不断增加医院核心竞争力,促进医院可持续发展。新医改的目的是通过开展有效的绩效管理,在最大限度上调动起医务人员的工作积极性,从而改善医务人员满意度,进一步提高患者满意度的目的。目前,绩效管理已受到各级医疗机构管理者的重点关注。因不同医疗结构的绩效管理方式存在一定的差异,多数医院的绩效管理效果并不十分理想。这不仅降低了医务人员的工作积极性以及工作能动性,也降低了医疗服务质量。本文在新医改背景下对某公立三甲医院绩效管理所存在的一系列问题进行介绍,深入思考并提出建议,旨在为提高医院绩效管理效果提供参考依据。 |

ABSTRACT: The introduction to modern hospital management mechanism and performance management comprehensively im- prove the work enthusiasm, creativity and initiation of medical staff, and continuously increase the core competitiveness and sustainable development of hospitals. Improving the work enthusiasm is the key target of new medical reform through the performance management. The performance management had achieved the major attention among medical management staffs. However, the effect of performance management has not reached expectations because of different management styles, and has also reduced the quality of medical service. This paper introduces a series of matters related to performance management, aimed to explore the reasons and provide references of this phenomenon. |
