摘要:人羊膜主要是由上皮层、致密层、纤维母细胞层、海绵层以及基底膜构成,属于胎儿附属物之一。而人羊膜上皮细胞主要来源于上皮层,是经胚胎内细胞团发育而成。此外,人羊膜上皮细胞是一种处于特殊分化阶段的干细胞,其在特定的环境中可向三个胚层组织分化,同时还表现出独特的免疫调节功能,提示了其在细胞治疗和组织再生等领域具有广阔的应用前景,可能成为重要的组织来源之一。且随着临床上对人羊膜上皮细胞的生物学特性以及免疫调节功能研究的逐渐深入,其在相关疾病治疗方面的应用价值也日益凸显。鉴于此,本研究通过对近年来人羊膜上皮细胞的生物学特性以及免疫调节功能的研究进展进行综述,目的在于为相关领域的研究提供参考依据。 |

ABSTRACT: The human amniotic membrane is mainly composed of epithelial layer, dense layer, fibroblast layer,spongy layer and basement membrane, which is belongs to the appendages of fetus. The human amniotic epithelial cells are mainly derived from the epithelial layer, which is formed by the development of the cell mass in the embryo. In addition, human amniotic epithelial cells are a special differentiation stage of stem cells, which can be differentiated into three germ layers in a particular environment, and also shows unique immune regulation function, these results suggest that it has broad potential applications in cell therapy and tissue regeneration, and may become one of the important sources of tissue.With the clinical research on the biological characteristics and immunological regulation of human amniotic epithelial cells, its application value in the treatment of related diseases has become increasingly prominent. In view of this, the research progress of biological characteristics and immunoregulation function of human amniotic epithelial cells in recent years is reviewed in this paper, the purpose is to provide reference for the research in related fields. |
