摘要 目的:探讨三氧化物凝聚体(MTA)与氢氧化钙用于活髓切断术治疗乳磨牙深龋患儿的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2012年8月至2015年10月在我院进行活髓切断术的乳牙深龋患儿60例,深龋乳磨牙60颗,随机分为两组,C组患儿行活髓切断术中采用氢氧化钙材料,M组患儿接受MTA材料。对两组患儿进行为期18个月的随访,比较两组患儿随访期间的手术效果、不良反应的发生情况及术后18个月的满意度。结果:手术治疗后6个月,M组的手术有效率显著高于C组(P<0.05);M组牙髓炎、根分叉阴影、根内吸收、继发龋的发生率低于C组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),M组不良事件的总发生率显著低于C组(P<0.05);M组患儿治疗后18个月的总满意度显著高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:MTA和氢氧化物材料用于乳磨牙深龋患儿活髓切断术的疗效均显著,但是MTA的疗效更为持久,术后不良事件的发生率更低。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the curative effect and safety of vital pulp amputation with mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and calcium hydroxide for children with deep caries of deciduous molar. Methods: 60 children with deep caries of deciduous molar (60 deciduous molars with deep caries) were collected in our hospital from August 2012 to October 2015 and randomly divided into two groups, Group C accepted vital pulp amputation with calcium hydroxide and Group M adopted operation with MTA. Then all the chil- dren were followed up for 18 months, the operative effect, the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of children were evalu- ated and compared between two groups. Results: The total efficiency rate of Group M was significantly higher than that of Group C at 6 months postoperation(P<0.05); the incidence of pulpitis, furcation shadow, root absorption, secondary caries in Group M were lower than those in Group C, but no significant difference was found between two groups(P>0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in Group M was remarkably lower than that of Group C(P<0.05); the satisfaction degree of children in Group M was significantly higher than that of Group C at 18 months postoperation(P<0.05). Conclusion: Although the curative effect of vital pulp amputation with MTA was equal to calcium hydroxide for children with deep caries of deciduous molar, but the MTA for operation deserved popularization in clinic because of the curative effect was more durable with higher safety. |
