RNA,调节基因的表达。环形RNA 在发现之初,被认为是由于错误剪接产生的,未引起重视,随着RNA 测序和生物信息等技术的
发展,大量的环形RNA 被发现,并逐渐成为非编码RNA 的研究热点。虽然目前对其功能了解甚少,但已有的研究表明环形RNA
可以对基因转录后进行调控。本文将从环形RNA 的发现过程、形成机制、生物学功能、与疾病的关系以及研究中存在的问题进行
综述,有助于进一步研究中心法则,同时为疾病诊治提供新的方向。 |

Circular RNAs are long noncoding RNAs formed by 3’- and 5’- back-splicing, which complete endogenous RNA
and regulate expression of the related gene. Little attention was paid to circular RNAs which were considered to be produced by
mis-splicing. With development of RNA sequencing and bioinformatics, lots of circular RNAs were found and became new stars of
noncoding RNA. Although the precise function of circular RNA is unclear, studies have shown that circular RNA could function as
post-transcriptional regulator. We conduct this review of the following aspects: discovery, biogenesis, functions, relationship with disease
of circular RNA and obstacles of the research. Further understanding circular RNA can accelerate the research of genetic central dogma
and provide new orientation for diagnosis and therapeutic of disease. |
