技术在一氧化碳中毒研究中的应用仍是凤毛麟角,我们在此对代谢组学在一氧化碳中毒研究中应用及前景作一展望。 |

Carbon monoxide poisoning was a systemic disease which mainly damaged the central nervous system. Carbon
monoxide entered cells as a fat-soluble molecule which caused tissue hypoxia. If carbon monoxide could cause other biological effects
awaited us to research. Metabolomics was a up-and-coming subject following genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, which showed
great potential in the research of a variety of clinical disease, such as cancer, diabetes, coronary heart disease, obesity, stroke. We could
deepen our understanding of the pathogenesis, improve the early diagnosis, and enrich the monitoring means of the effects of treatments
to carbon monoxide poisoning by appling metabolomics to the studies of carbon monoxide poisoning. But the application of
metabolomics technique in the studies of carbon monoxide poisoning was rare. Its role and research prospects in the research of carbon
monoxide poisoning were looked forward as follows. |
