| Danhong injection is in the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine co-therapy of Brain and Heart, consisting
of traditional Chinese medicines salvia Salvia miltiorrhiza, and carthamus Carthamus tinctorius. Currently, Danhong injection is
widely used in patients with angina pectoris, cerebral infarction, chronic pulmonary heart disease, vascular dementia and other diseases.
Pharmacological studies have shown that it has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-clotting, lowering blood pressure, angiogenesis,
and many other effects, it can intervene disease through multi-target and multiple channels. In this paper, the author through search the
literature included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and PUBMED, reviewed the Pharmacological effects of Dan
Hong Injection in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in the past 5 years. To provide reference for clinical application of Dan
