目的：探讨妇科千金胶囊联合桂枝茯苓丸对卵巢囊肿患者血清性激素水平的影响及临床疗效。方法：选择我院收治的卵巢囊肿患者260 例，随机分为实验组与对照组，对照组患者给予妇科千金胶囊治疗，实验组患者在对照组基础上联合使用桂枝茯苓丸治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者血清雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、促黄体生成素（LH）、促卵泡刺激素（FSH）、一氧化氮（NO）及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平的变化情况及其临床总有效率。结果：与治疗前相比，两组患者治疗后血清E2、P及NO水平均降低，而血清LH、FSH 及TNF-α水平均升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，实验组患者治疗后血清E2、P、NO 水平较低，而血清LH、FSH 及TNF-α水平较高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组临床总有效率（90.77%）高于对照组（80.77%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：妇科千金胶囊联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗卵巢囊肿的效果较好，推测其机制可能与降低E2、P、NO 水平，升高LH、FSH 及TNF-α水平有关。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Fukeqianjin combined with Guizhi Fuling on the serum levels of sex hormone in patients with ovarian cysts.Methods:260 patients with ovarian cysts who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group. The patients in the control group were treated with Fukeqianjin, while the patients in the experiment group were treated with Guizhi Fuling on the base of the control group. Then the serum levels of E2, P, LH, FSH, NO and TNF-αand the clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with before treatment, the serum levels of E2, P and NO in the two groups decreased, while the serum levels of LH, FSH and TNF-αincreased, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, the serumlevels of E2, P and NO in the experiment group were lower, and the serum levels of LH, FSH and TNF-αwere higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The curative rate in the experiment group was 90.77%, which was higher than 80.77%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuke Qianjin combined with Guizhifuling has better clinical effects on the treatment of ovarian cyst, and it is suggested that the mechanismmay be related to the serumlevels of E2, P, LH, FSH and TNF-α.
