      目的:观察地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效,及治疗前后患者血清IL-2及IL-4 水平的变化。方法: 将2014 年6 月-2015 年7 月我院收治的112 例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分成两组各56 例,其中治疗组给予口服地氯雷他定片与匹 多莫德片治疗,对照组单独口服地氯雷他定片治疗;治疗4 周后对比两组临床疗效,并测定两组患者治疗前后血清IL-2 及IL-4 水 平。结果:治疗4 周后,治疗组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组82.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后 血清IL-2 水平升高,IL-4 水平降低,且治疗组改变相比对照组更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地氯雷他定片联合 匹多莫德片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,其机制可能与提高血清IL-2 水平及降低IL-4 水平有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Desloratadine combined with Pidotimod in treatment of Chronic Urticaria, and changes of serum IL-2 and IL-4 levels in patients before and after treatment.Methods:112 patients with chronic urticaria who treated in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2015 were divided randomly into two groups with 56 cases in each group treatment group, were treated with desloratadine combined with Pidotimod, control group were treated with only desloratadine. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, and the serum levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were measured before and after treatment in two groups.Results:After 4 weeks, the total efective rate in the treatment group was 92.86%, significantly higher than 82.14%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, serum IL-2, IL-4 levels of two groups decreased, and the treatment group compared to the control group was more significant, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of chronic urticaria by desloratadine combined with pidotimod was distinct,the effect may be relate to the changes of the levels of IL-2 and IL-4.
