目的：探讨Survivin 及Anx-A1 在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：收集原发性肝癌病例45 例，采用免疫组织化染色法检测Survivin 及Anx-A1 在肝癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达，分析Survivin及Anx-A1 的表达与肝癌临床病理特征的关系。结果：Survivin 在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率为86.67%，在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为17.78%；Anx-A1 在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率为46.67%，在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为8.89%；Survivin 及Anx-A1 在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁正常组织，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；不同肿瘤分级患者肝癌组织中Survivin 与Anx-A1 的表达水平存在显著差异（P<0.01），肿瘤分级越高，Survivin与Anx-A1 表达水平越高。结论：Survivin 及Anx-A1 的表达与肝癌的发生发展密切相关，可用于肝癌的辅助诊断。

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin and Anx-A1 in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:45 cases with primary liver cancer were chosen. The immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of Survivin and Anx-A1 in hepatocellular carcinoma and normal tissues. And the correlations of Survivin and Anx-A1 with clinical stages of cancer were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of Survivin in cancer tissues was 86.67%, which is higher than 17.78% in the adjacent normal liver tissues, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The positive expression rate of Anx-A1 in in cancer tissues was 46.67% which is higher than 8.89% in the adjacent normal liver tissues, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the expression level of Survivin and Anx-A1 in the patients with different tumor grade (P<0.01), and the expressions of Survivin and Anx-A1 increase with the stage of tumor.Conclusion:The expressions of Survivin and Anx-A1 would be closely related with the occurrence and the development of liver cancer, which can be used for the diagnosis of liver cancer.
