目的:探讨双师带教模式在胸外科研究生临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法:选择新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2011 级
~2015 级胸外科轮转硕士研究生56 人为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将学生分为观察组和对照组,各28 人,分别采用双师带教
和普通带教进行临床教学,实习8 周后统一安排出科考试和满意度评价。结果:两组出科成绩比较,理论考试成绩差异没有统计
学意义(P>0.05),临床操作得分观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生对课程的满意度评价,观察组为85.71%,
显著高于对照组的60.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸外科临床实践教学中运用双师带教制,能充分发挥不同医师
的特长,引导学生学习热情,提升临床实习效果,值得在临床实践中推广。 |

Objective:To explore the application effect of dual-tutorial teaching in medical probation graduate students of thoracic
surgery.Methods:A total of 56 rotary graduate students of Grade 2011~2015 in thoracic surgery of Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang
Medical University were enrolled and divided into observation group and control groups, according to the random number table method,
28 patients in each group. Students in the control group were taught by traditional way with a single teacher, while students in observation
group were taught by dual-tutorial teaching. After 8 weeks probation, all students were tested in theoretical test and practice operation
and evaluated the satisfaction degree of teaching.Results:The theoretical test scores in two groups didn't show any significant difference
(P>0.05), but the performance of observation group in practice operation was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The
satisfaction degree in observation group was 85.71%, which was significantly higher than 60.71%in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the dual-tutorial teaching in medical probation graduate students of thoracic surgery can give full play to the strengths of
different physicians, guide students to learn enthusiasm, improve clinical practice effect, it is worth promoting in clinical practice. |
